Hysteria Game Program v2.1b
Purpose:
To play up to ten games at a time with friends on the VMS network.
Requirements:
You must be on the RIT Vax System on one of the original VAX Systems (VAXA-VAXG).
Overview of Features:
- Allows one-on-one play over the RIT Vax System.
- Has multiple games for you to choose from
- Chess
- Checkers
- Othello
- Stratego
- Tic-Tac-Toe
- Has full help screen with commands and information
- Navigation available in multiple ways as described on help screen
- Quick switching between games
- Preview screen of all current games along with whose turn they are
- Full current game board view with list of current games and whose turn it is
- Stores previous messages for recall
- Ability to lock the screen and keep your games while you go take care of something else
- Ability to save and restore games
- Ability to send a message to anyone on the Vax
Installation Instructions:
- Download HYSTERIA.EXE to your VAX account.
- Insert the following into your LOGIN.COM
$ HYSTERIA :== "$SYS$LOGIN:HYSTERIA.EXE"
- Now you can run the program and have fun!
Just use the online help to assist you in navigation and game playing!
