This is how I got into Jason Mraz:
My friend Amber turned me on to him at Java Joe's. Thought his shows and music were just the best thing since yeast and sugar produced alcohol. After a few dozen e-mails he was gracious enough to do our February '02 Musicfest for the Heart at The Casbah...and now look at him.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
Explore all the music...it may not be your type but you won't know until you heard each artist. Genres are thin thin and crossing over these days. Look into the Morcheebas, the Europhias, the Cirruses, the Tools, the QOTSAs, the Failures, the Panteras, and the NINs of today.
