This is how I got into Jason Mraz:
Well, it was New Year's Eve for me, 2004. I was at my sister's house, celebrating, and bringing in the new year. I had had Jason's "The Remedy" on my computer for a while at that point, because I really liked the song. My dad actually heard it on the radio and turned me on to the song. Well, do you know that "Rockin' New Year" or whatever it's called ? Well, he was performing on that. I was sitting on the couch and I heard "The Remedy" come on, so I turned my head, and my mouth just dropped ! This guy looked EXACTLY like my boyfriend at the time ! I was so shocked I think I even stopped breathing. So when I went home, I decided to do some more research on this "Remedy Guy" or so I called him. I searched for "Jason Mraz" on WinMX and downloaded every possible song. I could not believe this boy's talent ! He had such an attitude toward everything that was amazing ! Plus, I'm very much into words, whether they be in poems, music, books, movies, anything. I don't know if you can understand that, but anyway, grammar and word usage is quite important to me. When I read his online journal, I fell in love ! This boy's words and thoughts were absolutely amazing ! I couldn't believe it ! Ever since then, he's been the only thing blasting out of my speakers. I even have my parents, grandparents, and other family convinced. They all love this guy ! Well, needless to say, I'm hooked !

Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
GO SEE JASON LIVE ! Any chance you get, go see this man perform. It's amazing ! Also, if you're not into his older stuff yet, please check it out. It's better than WFMRTC, not saying that WFMRTC isn't good also, just his older stuff is better.
