My birthday is on November 25 which makes me a Sagittarius.

This is how I got into Jason Mraz:
I first caught Jason opening for Gregory Page at Java Joes. I later learned this was his first "gig" in San Diego other than open mics. I remember this scrawny kid getting up on stage and the place was full of all sorts of noise inherent to a coffee shop. It was like no one had notice him slip onstage (there was no intro) and them BAM! He let fly with that wondrous music of his and the place just became totally focused on him. I've had the pleasure of seeing Jason a great deal many more times (some in my own living room) and he has never failed to reproduce that same magic. His is a shining star :)

Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
Just prior to our 3rd LRC my wife Sonja was hospitalized with severe pregnancy complications. Since we were having a great deal of folks traveling great distances, my wife insisted the show go on with the condition we videotape the show for her. Before beginning his set, Jason recorded a personal get well message and dedicated his entire set to Sonja. It meant a great deal to us and still does :)
