I did't listen to rock music at first...
I loved pop music and rap music but only male singers because my parents prohibited to watch videos by female as they were half-naked.
I extremely loved Eminem and D-12 (still love'em)... Once my friend bought a CD by Evanescence and gave it to me. I put it to my PC and saw pictures by the group. The first thing that impressed me was the image of Amy Lee. I did't expect her to be such beautiful and then ... I was shocked by her songs and lyrics... Personally I don't believe in love... And I thought only rap songs be about the death... the crime... and now the band is the only that I've ever loved... Good luck...
