Evanescence is Amy Lee with her enchantingly powerful vocals, John LeCompt and Terry Balsalmo with their rythmically enthralling guitar riffs, Will Boyd on bass, and Rocky Gray with his precise overpowering drums. If you weren't lucky enough to hear of them earlier, you probably have heard Bring Me To Life from the Daredevil Soundtrack. They are a little rock band from Little Rock, Arkansas who managed to put together a breathtaking sound that cannot fully be described. David Hodges used to be on keyboards, but left the band in December, 2002. Ben Moody used to be the lead guitarist and songwriter, but left the band in October, 2003 and was replaced by Terry Balsamo on guitar. Evanescence has a bio on their official site.
