This is how I got into Evanescence:
A friend mentioned them to me in passing, then I heard Bring me to Life a little while later. The video and song stuck in my head for more than a year afterwards.
Then, sometime this year, I saw the video again in the morning. Then saw it again in the morning the next day. And again the next. I went and bought their album and was instantly hooked.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
I'm quite a new fan to Evanescence, but let me say I love them already.
