This is how I got into Evanescence:
heard their song on the 'Daredevil' soundtrack. couldn't get it out of my head, so found out they were releasing an album, 'fallen', bought it immediately, and listen to it constantly.

Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
her voice is what attracts you. its interesting and angelic. then when you here the words to her music, the two come together and make sense.
