This is how I got into Evanescence:
When I first heard her, I began to cry. It reminded me what had happened to me over the last couple of years, being in a rotten school, never getting a true love, all that stuff. Its whenever I hear her songs, specially "MY IMMORTAL" I get all sad and I began to remember what has happened to me all those years. And I never gave up after that.

Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
I would like to say, never give up. If life gets you down, just remember what good times you had. If you have been made fun of, forget it. It is just in the past. Never kill yourself. You have many good things ahead of you. Never forget that your parents love you, your family loves you. If you just believe in yourself, anything is possible
