This is how I got into Evanescence:
A friend was once going trough a hard time with a boyfriend of hers, he just up and left one day, still to this day not found, and she was playing 'My Immortal' and it made her think of him, and she lent me the CD, fell in love with it, I feel that I can relate to every song..it brought the best of of me..
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
Friends...Don't ever give up on this band, they have brought the best out of me, in a good way, and the band really does care about their fans, unlike some bands, but I think it is awesome that we all share intersts in this band, so lets keep supporting them and Long Live Evanescence..
