This is how I got into Evanescence:
I heard Bring me to Life and i was like woa. evanescence has such and origional deep dark sound and i love it. It's like their songs have hidden messages that i can relate to. i mean i totally relate to -My Last Breath- because if i broke up with my boyfriend i would dedicate that to him beacause to me it is about how much you can love someone and then you find out that you didn't mean anything to him/her. Me and my boyfriend have been going out for about a month and a half. I love you guys you are goth and i kinda am but i love you guys. Rock hard forever and never give up, you guys have great potential and you show it. Love you guys!!!!!!!

Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
Don't ever ditch goth music. i love evanescence and if you heard of them but haven't listened to their songs i have 2 things to say. 1) you're behind and 2) buy their cd and you will fall in love with the music!!!!
