This is how I got into Evanescence:
I was stationed overseas in the Air Force and was going through a rough time. I surfed the web for music and Evanescence came up. I checked out a clip of the music and bought Fallen. I could really relate to the music and it helped me through some bad times. Amy's voice and lyrics are just amazing.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
This band is truly inspirational.
