This is how I got into Evanescence:
I've loved the band ever since I heard them on the radio. Bought Fallen right away. I sadly was in Canada when they came to my hometown. I also sang Bring Me To Life for a talent show. I got a standing ovation and many comments that I sound exactly like Amy Lee.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
