i got into them through my brother who has taught me evrything there is to know about good music
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
evanescence is my way to escape from life. i have been through many tough times in life and most of the time they pulled me through. in my dark depressing moments to the happiest times in my life. this truly is one of the greatest bands ever.
