This is how I got into Evanescence:
I live in Arkansas, and was a fan from the very beginning of them coming live. I know I was young, but I would sit in the back of Wanitas and listen. They help me find myself and I just think Amy is one of the most coolest, original person I have ever known.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
I think it totally rocks that there are tons of fans now. I remember when nobody knew who they were, I thought of them as my own personal band only a few have, but now they're out there and its the coolest thing.
