This is how I got into Evanescence:
My ex-boyfriend sent me "Bring Me To Life" via AIM. Ever since then, I've fallen in love with the music! Its absolutely amazing and eccentric to my life. Amy's voice is soothing, yet it brings out the justice of the lyrics. It literally...brings me to life.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
Am I as estatic as ya'll about Evanescence!!!??? Ya'll are sooo awesome! I can't think of a better word to describe Evanescence except for ....WOW!! I would love to hear from any of you!
