This is how I got into Wild Strawberries:
I grew up in TO and heard their music on the radio there all the time. I always liked their music, but was just a casual fan. When I moved away to MA for grad school, I kind of got nostalgic for music from back home, and started checking out some of their recent work. I've been really impressed by the lyrical comlexity of the songs and the versality of Roberta's voice. I think I'm a fan for life now.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
Read through some of Gerit's lyrics collection. They're really beautiful and haunting.
