This is how I got into The Push Stars:
The Push Stars played at the Herndon Festival right after ATP was released, and my daughter and I went to see them. (They were opening for 10,000 Maniacs.) I went to hear "Everything Shines", which I loved from the "Mary" soundtrack, and ended up getting knocked over by "Wild Irish Rose." Bought ATP at the show, devoured those songs, and quickly ordered Tonight and MMATF. We saw them again a few weeks later at The Birchmere, and haven't missed a DC area show since. Although I've been sharing Push Stars music with everyone I know since that very first show, I officially became a Rep just in time for the "Opening Time" Tour.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
All the Push Star fans, family and friends I've had the pleasure to meet are THE BEST! Met the Trapper family and several other big-time fans when I road-tripped to Western New York last fall to see three Push Stars shows. (This great adventure earned me a silly new nickname from some teasing, middle-aged friends. I now use the name for my website of Push Stars photos! And if I ever block your view at a show taking pictures, I apologize!)
