My Jewel Story:
When I first heard who will save your soul on the radio, the DJ talked about this Alaskan folkie who lived in her car and spent her time writing songs and performing at coffeehouses. I thought that this was the most real sounding musician I had encountered in a long time and I quickly purchased her CD. My assumptions were correct. I think that Jewel is one of the most real singer/songwriters around and she conveys raw emotion and realism in a way that is unable to be matched.
