I joined the EDA mailing list in September, 1996

My Jewel Story:
I saw her first video and thought "How re-freshing and unique" and
she's by herself without some dorky dudes acting like they can play
not to mention she's really beautiful.

Comments:
I bought her CD in August 1996 and was hooked. I couldn't stop
playing it for weeks. The emotion in this CD was so powerful, I had
never experienced this before from another performer. She's so
special. She's really going to be huge one day.
By the way, I've got a Live Atlantic Promo video from 2-27-95 that
shows Steve Poltz from The "RugBurns" Wearing a Red Dress in bed with
another band member as Jewel walks in with a camra crew. Tisk-Tisk!!!
Jewel needs to find more stable-minded people. I don't care if she
thinks he's a good writer. Steve Poltz is just using her to get more
fans. Jewel Rules Forever. I'm seeing her at the Chicago Theater
March 20th, 1997. I'll be taping the show
