My Jewel Story:
I heard her on the radio and tell you the truth, I hated her. I didn't like the song "Who Will Save Your Soul?". I was like the only one who didn't like her at my school and then when "You Were Meant For Me" came out, I started liking her kinda. "Foolish Games" came out and I still didn't like her all that much. I went to Corpus Christi, Texas for a church trip and i decided I wanted to buy a cd to listen to. I thought "I'll get Jewel because I hear it's pretty good and after all, it did win Best New Artist of the Year award." So I did, and I'm glad I did! I fell in love with her and all of her music!
