My Jewel Story:
Jewel came along at a time for me when everything was wrong. My parents were divorcing, my best friend was moving, then I was moving. Nothing was the same, and I had never felt so alone with my emotions. I wrote poetry, but it was hard and angry. Then Jewel came along, singing sweetly of the emotions I was feeling. I ran out and got her CD, and it was like, I could face the world, and it'd be okay.
