This is how I got into Evanescence:
I got into Evanescence when I heard "Bring Me To Life" on the radio on the way to school. I LOVED it! So, a little while later, I saved up the money and bougth their album "Fallen". It was amazing!
Soon, I met and became friends with this girl who had an original copy of their first album, "Origin". After several days of begging and swearing I'd make it up to her, she burned me a copy of what has come to be one of my favorite CDs in the world.
Additionally, I'd like to mention to other fans:
Evanescence has staid true to themselves and their original roots. They have continued to amaze and enthrall me ver since the beginning, and now-a-days that's pretty rare.
Stay true to yourself, and you will be the ultimate Evanescence fan.
