yea like wtf is their prob. i mean so wat if amy lee said whore. if i could i would go out there and kick there fucking asses. seriously i would. every fricking parent in this planet should know that in their childs speech there is at least a curse in their speech. maybe the parent even says the damn curses in front of their own children. my mom even knows i curse but i havent said a badword in front of her face. anywho why da fuck do they have 2 sue wal mart wen it wasnt their fault cuz they didnt put parental advisory on her cd. I have a question for both 2juggalette4life and Amy Lee! who exactly are you responding too? I had just recently looked at this page to see if i had gotten any responses to my last review on the whole wal-mart being sued blah, blah, blah thing! As I was looking over some of the responses it got, I came across both of urs and became very confused :s! Are you both directing this at myself, if so, why? or at a previous author who wrote before me? I would just like to know! |

I love Amy Lee and Evanescence, they rock. If you don't like their cds or songs DON'T VISIT THE FRICKING SITE!! You just ruin it for the fans and people who like their music. But to be honest i don't really like the second Cd, i think that recording a concert doesn't really make the cut to be a good cd. Other bands like Green Day and Blink 182 take time and actually go to a recording studio to make their cd. But other than that one thing.. AMY LEE AND EVANESCENCE RULE! |

I think that it is totally stupid what they are doing! Did J Lo get sued when her J Lo album came out and she said MotherF***ing on it? NO! Get Real. Take the album back, demand your money back. Refuse to shop at Walmart. Don't sue them, one word is not worth over $74K. |

I think that it is just a word, I agree with what Jenni said about the word "whore" in the song "farther Away", mostly I think that the word "whore" is worse. And also even though this kinda doesn't go with the evanescence catigory we're talking about but, in Avril Lavinge's song "my happyending" in the cd she says sh**, and I don;t see any parent adviitory label on the cd cover and i also don't see people complaining about that? do I? no, I don't. I think evanescence is a good group and I don't think they put the sticker on it on pourpose... |

all those parents(that ONE SINGLE SET of them that are outwardly complaining) have to do is take the damned cd back to the store if it's that big of a deal, so what if someone made a mistake and forgot to check the lyrics to put the label on the case.. Obviously, a lot of people are happy with it, or Wal-Mart and Evanescence would be hearing from all the other parents that hated that being used. Evanescence is a kick ass band and they're just trying to have fun anyway. |
